Return Eligibility
Time4Vets wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the watch must:
- • Be in the same condition as when it was received
- • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
- • Not have been sized, adjusted, or serviced by a third party
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us by phone at (813) 485-5241 or by email at info@time-4-vets.com within the 3-day return window. Please include your order details and reason for the return. Do not ship the watch back until you have received return authorization and a prepaid shipping label from Time4Vets.
Return Shipping
Approved returns will be shipped using a prepaid, insured label provided by Time4Vets. The watch must be securely packaged using the original packaging or equivalent protection. Time4Vets is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit if our provided label and instructions are not used.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive the returned watch, it will be inspected to verify that it meets the return conditions listed above. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- • Watches that have been worn, altered, or serviced after delivery
- • Custom-sourced watches obtained through our sourcing service (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
- • Items returned without prior authorization
Exchanges and Trades
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different timepiece, contact us to discuss trade or exchange options. We are happy to work with you to find the right match.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your watch arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and provide a full refund or replacement.
